Overview

  • The Keywords page is where you manage all your keyword listenings across platforms.

  • You can create, view, refresh, and analyze keyword-based tracking in one place.

  • It helps you understand what people are saying about the topics, brands, or trends you’re monitoring.

Page Layout

  • At the top of the page, you’ll see an overall summary showing total posts and mentions across all your keyword listenings.

  • Below the summary, there’s a table view listing all the keywords you’re currently tracking.

  • Each row in the table represents one listening setup, showing stats like total posts and activity.

Main Actions

  • Create a New Listening:

    • Click the Create button at the top right to add a new keyword.

    • Enter your keyword or phrase and select the platforms you want to track.

    • Save it to start collecting mentions automatically.

  • Refresh Listenings:

    • Click the Refresh button (next to Create) to update data for all your existing listenings.

  • View a Listening:

    • Click on any listening in the table to open it.

    • You’ll then see all related posts across platforms like X (Twitter), Reddit, or others you’ve connected.

Inside a Keyword Listening

Once you open a specific listening, you can:

  • Sort posts by:

    • Date

    • Replies

    • Reposts or Likes

    • Sentiment (positive, neutral, negative)

  • Filter results by:

    • Sentiment

    • From and To date range

  • Switch views:

    • Card View – a visual layout for quick scanning

    • List View – a compact layout for easy comparison

    • Detailed Analytics View – deeper insights and platform-wise breakdowns

Tips for Using Keywords

  • Use short and specific keywords for better accuracy.

  • Refresh your listenings often to see the latest posts.

  • Explore the sentiment filters to understand audience tone around your topic.

  • Try the detailed analytics view to find trends and engagement spikes.
