Overview

• The Mentions page shows all the posts and conversations collected from your keyword listenings.

• You can view, sort, and filter mentions from different platforms in one place.

• It helps you monitor what people are saying about your brand, competitors, or topics in real time.

Page Layout

• At the top, you’ll see an overall summary showing total mentions and activity trends.

• Below that, there’s a table view listing all the mentions your listenings have captured.

• Each mention includes key details like post text, platform, sentiment, engagement, and date.

Main Actions

• Refresh Mentions:

  • Click the Refresh button at the top to update the mentions list with the latest data.

• Sort Mentions:

  • You can sort by date, replies, reposts, likes, or sentiment.

• Filter Mentions:

  • Apply filters for sentiment (positive, neutral, negative).

  • Choose a custom date range using From and To filters.

• View Modes:

  • Card View – a visual layout showing post previews and key metrics.

  • List View – a compact table for quick scanning and sorting.

  • Detailed Analytics View – an in-depth look at engagement and sentiment trends across platforms.
